Return and Refund Policy

Return

• For first time customer who has not purchased any REGENSIFY products before, we offer a 90 Days Money Back Guarantee for first time purchase. For first purchase order, we can accept used bottles.
• Else we offer a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in an unused or unopen condition.
• We have return warehouse locations in Singapore, Malaysia (Johor Bahru), USA (Amazon) and Australia (Amazon).

Refund

• We will give you the return address. The buyer will be responsible to bring the item to our return address.
• Any purchase made by E-wallet and debit / credit card will be refunded to the original E-wallet account and debit / credit card.
• If the original debit / credit card account has expired or has been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund (no exceptions).
• We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.
• Upon approval, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Replacement

• If there is any defect or damage (due to courier delivery), we will take responsibility and replace the items free of charge.
