In general, our webstore here will have better prices over marketplace prices so we are encouraging our buyers to buy on our webstore. Unless there is platform vouchers or you have collected many marketplace coins that you want to redeem or when we are doing any promotions, including livestream (E.g. Shopee Live, Tiktok Live, LazLive etc) at marketplaces. Else, our webstore shall have better prices.

The default language is English for this website. We have added simplified Chinese and Bahasa Melayu for both our Singapore and Malaysia customers. For Hong Kong customers, we have added simplified Chinese as well in addition to the default English language. Unfortunately, as the language app only allow us to add maximum two languages, we regret that we are unable to offer traditional Chinese language for Hong Kong customers at this point of time but we will try our best to add traditional Chinese next time.

For Singapore customers, you can use Paynow or Wechat Pay via Hitpay Payment Gateway.

For Malaysia customers, you can pay by cards via HitPay Payment Gateway.

For customers from USA, Australia and Hong Kong, you can make payment using Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or by cards.

Once you have placed your order we’ll prepare your shipment within 1-2 working days. After we have shipped your package, you’ll receive either an email or whatsapp message containing the tracking number and the courier info.

Currently, the countries we shipped to are Singapore, United States, Australia, Malaysia and Hong Kong. There is a geolocation app to detect IP address and the website will automatically bring you to the respective one of the five regions. As for shipment to other countries, we will slowly work out something at a later stage.

The normal processing time is about 1-2 working days followed by a delivery time of 1-3 working days. If your location is in the Northeast area and is within 5 km from our warehouse (Serangoon, Ang Mo Kio, Yio Chu Kang, Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, Kovan), whatsapp us and we will try our best to have same day delivery (If the order comes before 12 noon) or next day delivery. If the locations is outside the 5 km range from our warehouse, we will ship using Ninjavan with tracking number provided.

We will try our best to ship out the orders as soon as we can. Majority of our customers will get the order the next working day or the working day after with Ninjavan.

We do Amazon FBA in the USA and ships our items to various Amazon fulfillment location. Delivery within USA is free using standard Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) delivery whereby most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days and have a shipping and tracking time of 2 business days. However, shipping duration may vary a little longer during post Amazon Prime Day or when a particular ASIN is low in inventory and require fulfillment centre transfer to the nearest FC near your location.

Hence, the parcels will be packed and shipped by Amazon rather than us directly. The good thing is your shipment is backed by Amazon.

A good reason why USA resident should order directly from our webstore here over Amazon USA or Ebay USA is that we do not collect any state and local sales tax whereas Amazon USA and Ebay USA do collect the state and local sales tax, if needed.

Do note that we only ship to the main 50 states of United States. We do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands etc.

For Malaysia, we will use standard ninjavan delivery to deliver to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia. Tracking will be provided.

Do note that there will be a 2-3 days of processing time for us to hand the parcel to Ninjavan drop off point in JB as we need time to consolidate the parcels and bring them from SG to JB to drop off.

For East Malaysia orders, please avoid giving us remote address in East Malaysia as there are some locations that Ninjavan may not deliver there. We will contact you to change location if the location you give in East Malaysia is not deliverable by Ninjavan.

Once handed to Ninjavan, the shipping will take around 1-2 working days for West Malaysia and around 3-5 working days for East Malaysia.
