    Creating an account

    To create an account, select the LOGIN button at the top right corner.

    You can do an email login, google login or facebook login. If you do an email login, it will send an OTP to your email. If you want a quick login, then can consider do a google login or facebook login.

     

    At this account page, you can click

    1) Shop - go back to the homepage

    2) Orders - to view all the orders you have made

    3) Profile - allows you to input name, email as well as set shipping address.

    The system can accept more than one shipping address. We recommend you set at least one address as default address. especially if you want to use our exclusive vouchers at our Telegram channel.

     

    Here are the payment methods available.

     

    1) For Singapore Customers

    The payment methods available for Singapore customers are either Paynow or WeChat Pay.

     

    After you key all your customer details including your Singapore address, you should see the only option available, which is Hitpay - QR Code, E-wallets and Cards. After that, click on the green button, which shows Pay now at the bottom and it should go to the next screen, which is what you see below.

     

    After that, you will see the Paynow QR code below. Scan the QR code to make payment.

    You can also toggle to select WeChat Pay if you have WeChat Pay. Else, choose Paynow.

     

    2) For Malaysia Customers

    As Shopify payment is not available in Malaysia, the only payment mode available for Malaysia customers is pay by cards / Google Pay / Apple Pay. After you key all your customer details, including your Malaysia address, you should see the only option available, which is Hitpay - QR Code, E-wallets and Cards, then click on the green button at the bottom, which shows Pay Now and it should go to the next screen.

     

    Key your Card details in the Card number field as shown by the screen below. Alternatively, you can also blind your cards to your Google Pay or Apple Pay account. Select GPay or Apple Pay located the top corner if you want to make payment using Google Pay or Apple Pay. Do note that GPay will appear only if it detects that you are using an Android phone or window phone. If you are using a iOS laptop or iPhone, then Apple Pay will appear instead.

     

     

     

    3) For Hong Kong / USA / Australia Customers

    For Hong Kong / USA / Australia customers, after you key all your customer details, including your Hong Kong / USA / Australia address, you should see the Credit card form here. Fill up your card details and then click on the green button at the bottom, which shows Pay Now to make the payment.
