Why Three Capsules a Day?

A formulation based on one or two capsules a day will not contain all the sufficient nutrition needed. Four capsules a day may be too much. Take 3 capsules daily with water. No known side effects. Please stick to the recommended dose for at least 4 to 6 months for optimal results. Do not overdose or underdose. You can take the supplement before or after food, split into three times a day or take all three capsules together at one go.
