Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. A return request to generate a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) must be initiated within 30 day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in an unused and unopen condition.
We have return warehouse locations in Singapore, Malaysia (Johor Bahru), USA (Amazon) and Australia (Amazon).

If order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and refund in full. If order has been shipped out already, then have to wait for the order to reach you and do a return of the order back to us first before we can process the refund.
We will give you the return address. The buyer will be responsible to bring the item to our return address.
Any purchase made by E-wallet and debit / credit card will be refunded to the original E-wallet account and debit / credit card.
If the original debit / credit card account has expired or has been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund (no exceptions).
We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.
If the order has been shipped out, the refund may exclude shipping costs and payment gateway fees.
Upon approval, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

If there is any defect or damage (due to courier delivery), we will take responsibility and replace the items free of charge.
