Shipping Policy

For USA Delivery

We do Amazon FBA in the USA and ships our items to various Amazon fulfillment location. Delivery within USA is free using standard Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) delivery whereby most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days and have a shipping and tracking time of 2 business days. However, shipping duration may vary a little longer during post Amazon Prime Day or when a particular ASIN is low in inventory and require fulfillment centre transfer to the nearest FC near your location.

Hence, the parcels will be packed and shipped by Amazon rather than us directly. The good thing is your shipment is backed by Amazon.

Do note that we only ship to the main 50 states of United States. We do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands etc.

For Australia Delivery

We do Amazon FBA in the Australia and ships our items to various Amazon fulfillment location. Delivery within Australia is free using standard Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) delivery whereby most orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days and have a shipping and tracking time of 2-3 business days. However, shipping duration may vary a little longer during post Amazon Prime Day or when a particular ASIN is low in inventory and require fulfillment centre transfer to the nearest FC near your location.

Hence, the parcels will be packed and shipped by Amazon rather than us directly. The good thing is your shipment is backed by Amazon.

Do note that we ship to all states of Australia except Tasmania and Northern Territory.

For Malaysia Delivery

For Malaysia, we will use standard ninjavan delivery to deliver to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia. Tracking will be provided.

Do note that there will be a 2-3 days of processing time for us to hand the parcel to Ninjavan drop off point in JB as we need time to consolidate the parcels and bring them from SG to JB to drop off.

For East Malaysia orders, please avoid giving us remote address in East Malaysia as there are some locations that Ninjavan may not deliver there. We will contact you to change location if the location you give in East Malaysia is not deliverable by Ninjavan.

Once handed to Ninjavan, the shipping will take around 1-2 working days for West Malaysia and around 3-5 working days for East Malaysia. 

For Shipment within West Malaysia,

• We charge a RM 2.50 flat fee shipping fee for orders under SGD 50
• For orders above RM 250, shipping is free

For Shipment within East Malaysia,

• We charge a RM 8 flat fee shipping fee for orders under SGD 50
• For orders above RM 250, shipping is free

For Hong Kong Delivery

For Hong Kong orders, we will ship the orders directly from our Singapore warehouse using Ninjavan. The delivery will take around 9 to 12 working days and tracking will be provided.

For Shipment from Singapore to Hong Kong,

• We charge a HKD 60 flat fee shipping fee for orders under HKD 500
• For orders above RM 500, shipping is free

There is a geolocation app to detect IP address and the website will automatically bring you to the respective one of the five regions. As for shipment to other countries, we will slowly work out something at a later stage.
