Payment Methods

Here are the payment methods available.

 

1) For Singapore Customers

The payment method available is paynow or wechat pay. 

After you key all your customer details including your Singapore address, you should see the only option available, which is HitPay - QR Code, E-wallets and Cards. After that, click on the green button, which shows Pay now at the bottom and it should go to the next screen.

You should come to this screen and you can switch between Pay Now or WeChat Pay. Then scan the QR code to make the payment.

 

2) For Malaysia Customers

As Shopify payment is not available in Malaysia, the only way is to pay by cards by selecting Hitpay - QR Code, E-wallets and Cards. After you key all your customer details, including your Malaysia address, click on the green button at the bottom, which shows Pay Now and it should go to the next screen. 

For Malaysia customers, you can make payment either by Google Pay or Apple Pay at the top or key your card details, as shown by the screen below.

 

Unfortunately, right now, we don't offer Duitnow for Malaysia customers. But we are already talking to the payment gateway to make Duitnow available. Once Duitnow is available, we will update this page again. Hopefully, it won't be a long wait.

 

✅ Key Points for Singapore and Malaysia Customers only:

  • Avoid logging into the Shop app: Ensure you're completely signed out of the Shop app or use an email not registered with it.

  • Payment options:

    • Singapore: After entering your shipping details, you should see HitPay as the only available payment method, offering options like QR Code, E-wallets, and Cards.

    • Malaysia: Similarly, after entering your shipping details, select HitPay for payment, which supports options like Google Pay, Apple Pay, or card payments.

By following these steps, customers in Singapore and Malaysia can complete their purchases smoothly without encountering issues related to Shop Pay.

 

 

For Singapore and Malaysia customers only, please register an account using the email option. The system will sent you an OTP to your email which you can key to login. Please do not click the top option which is Sign in with Shop, otherwise you will register an account and log into shop. For customers from other countries, it is up to you whether you want quick sign in with Shop or not.

 

 

3) For Customers from United States, Australia and Hong Kong

The payment method we have available will be Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cards. If you use an android device, you will see the Google Pay there. If you use any iOS device, you will see Apple Pay there.

 

If anyone encounters any issues with payment, you can always whatsapp us or initiate a live chat (GMT +8: Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm). We will do our best to help. If we got add in any new shipping country or new payment method, we will update this page again.

 

4) Checking your Order history and entering Shipping Address

After you have logged in via email registration, go to MY ACCOUNT at the top right corner, as shown by the blue arrow.

At this account page, you can click

1) Shop - go back to the homepage

2) Orders - to view all the orders you have made

3) Profile - allows you to input name, email as well as set shipping address. The system can accept a few shipping address. We recommend you set at least one address as default address. especially if you want to use our exclusive vouchers at our Telegram channel.
