Creating an account

To create an account, select the LOGIN button at the top right corner.

You can do an email login, google login or facebook login. If you do an email login, it will send an OTP to your email. If you want a quick login, then can consider do a google login or facebook login.

At this account page, you can click

1) Shop - go back to the homepage

2) Orders - to view all the orders you have made

3) Profile - allows you to input name, email as well as set shipping address.

The system can accept more than one shipping address. We recommend you set at least one address as default address. especially if you want to use our exclusive vouchers at our Telegram channel.

Here are the payment methods available:

REGENSIFY now ship to 42 regions (41 countries + Hong Kong SAR) from our website. There are two different payment methods - either Shopify Payments or Hitpay - QR Code, E-wallets and Cards.

1) Shopify Payment

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugual, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

For customers from any of the above regions, after you key your customer details, you should see the Credit card form here. Fill up your card details and then click on the green button at the bottom, which shows Pay Now to make the payment.

2) Hitpay - QR Code, E-wallets and Cards

For customers from China, Malaysia, Philippines, Slovakia, Singapore and South Korea, after you key your customer details, you will see the Hitpay - QR Code, E-Wallets and Cards option available. After that, click on the green button, which shows Pay now at the bottom and it should go to the next screen.

A) For customers from China, Malaysia and Slovakia:

You will see this screen and you can key your card details to make payment.

B) For customers from Singapore:

Singapore customers will see the PayNow QR code below. Scan the QR code to make payment. You can also toggle to select WeChat Pay if you have WeChat Pay. Else, choose PayNow.

C) For customers from South Korea:

For customers from South Korea, you can make payment by 1) KakaoPay, 2) Naver Pay, or 3) PAYCO. Select your preferred payment, log in to the e-wallet and do a QR code scan to make payment.

D) For customers from Philippines:

HitPay integrates with QR Ph (QRPH), which is the national unified QR code system by the Philippines’ central bank. QPRH supports GCash, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank App, BDO Bank App, as well as other PH banks powered by InstaPay / PESONet. Scan the QR code here to make the payment.
