Why Three Capsules a Day?

A formulation based on one or two capsules a day will not contain all the sufficient nutrition needed. Four capsules a day may be too much. Three capsules a day is at the right balance so that the formulation can pack in a comprehensive range of ingredient to provide all the nutrition needed. Take 3 capsules daily with water. No known side effects. Please stick to the recommended dose for at least 4 to 6 months for optimal results. Do not overdose or underdose. The supplement is suitable for all adult men and women who are experiencing thinning hairs and hair loss (more than 100 hairs per day during shedding). You can take the supplement before or after food, split into three times a day or take all three capsules together at one go.
