13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and PayNow. You can make a secure payment through PayPal using your credit card. For local orders, you have to make a paynow to UEN 202011992K within 24 hours of order confirmation and send us an email with your Order ID and transaction details. Otherwise, the order will be automatically void if we did not receive any payment acknowledgement. Note that Paynow is a payment method used within Singapore only.
14. How do I know the order is accepted? How do I cancel an order or request for a refund or exchange of an order?
After placing your order and making payment, you will receive an email order confirmation, which confirms your order number, name, items purchased and delivery address. You will then receive another email once your order has been dispatched with the tracking code. For refund and exchange or any order matters, please email us at sales@regensify.com. Goods must be returned to us in the original unopened condition within 60 days from the order date before we can approve any refund or exchange.
